Jessica Alba is hot. There’s no way around it. She’s not hot in the over-done way of the past. She’s got this delicate sexiness to her that makes her come off as a Disney princess that’s on the verge of going full on naughty. Like many, Jessica Alba got into acting young. When she was 11 she took part in an acting competition and ended up winning the grand price of free acting classes. Her first role was in the 1994 “Camp Nowhere” and then a few commercials, independent films, and television shows. She’d get get the “Maya” role in the TV show “Flipper” for two years. More appearances and smaller roles would go on for awhile. She graduated high school and studied acting with William H. Macy and Felicity Huffman at their theater company. In 99 her career would be officially launched as she got a lot of attention as one of the snobs in the Drew Barrymore rom-com “Never Been Kissed” and the female lead in the horror comedy “Idle Hands”. Her fame took a life of its own when she was cast as the lead in “Dark Angel”, the sci-fi television show. This brought awards, magazine spreads, and more roles. She’d go on to have roles in “Sin City”, “Fantastic Four”, “Good Luck Chuck”, “The Eye”, and more recently “Valentine’s Day”. Up next is “Machete”, which I’m sure, will be another notch on a impressive career. She seems to be getting better with each role and seems to get even better looking with age.
