(FOUR) TELEVISION ROOTS
Emma Stone has only been acting since 2004, but has quickly emerged as one of today’s biggest and best young comedic actresses. She paid her dues like any young actor or actress by doing her share of TV spots. She had appearances in Lucky Louie, Malcolm In The Middle (one of my favorite episodes too), and was “Violet Trimble” in Drive on FOX.

(THREE) NERDY
She was also into html and web design when she was younger. Nothing sexier than that.

(TWO) EARLY FILM
Then came Superbad, which basically put everyone in it on the map. She would then learn bass to be in Rainn Wilson’s “The Rocker”. That movie itself was pretty underrated and her performance provided most of the non-Rainn laughs. Then we tack on decent roles in “The House Bunny” and “Ghosts of Girlfriend’s Part” until we get to her fully exposing her awesomeness in “Zombieland”. In the movie there are virtually no living adult females left, but because it’s her you can’t complain.

(ONE) STARDOM
She got out there in Superbad and Zombieland, but Easy A was a pretty big movie for her. It didn’t set any records or anything, but it’s a really fun movie. It put Emma out there as a leading performer. She did well at the MTV Awards. Friends with Benefits and Crazy, Stupid, Love came next and did well for her. In 2011 she was in The Help. That movie got TONS of awards and put her on the A-list and made her a “player” in the on-going Oscar and award game. Now she’s in the new Spiderman and has some big things on the horizon.
