[BLOG]PREVIEW:REVIEW
Horrible Bosses
07.02.11
BY MICHAEL GOODPASTER

I like Jason Bateman and Jason Sudeikis a lot, but I love me some Charlie Day. He rocks it on It’s Always Sunny and has rocked it in everything else I’ve seen him in. He rocks. This movie looks interesting enough. All three of the main stars have bosses that are well, horrible. One has Jennifer Aniston, one Kevin Spacey, and one a weird looking Colin Farrell. They all hate their bosses for making their lives a living hell so they want them dead. They go to Jamie Foxx. His presence in this movie almost sours my anticipation. He sucks the life out of comedies as proven with “Due Date”. I’m going to try to look past this because I really want this movie to be funny. Obviously its R rated so it has that going for it. R rated comedies are hard to come by and good ones are a treat. It feels like only a small handful is actually memorable and the rest are forgotten really quickly. Remember “The Goods”? Yeah, I don’t either. That’s the scary thing. I liked the cast and the trailer for that movie too and it ended up being as forgettable as anything else I’ve seen. There is still something about a good and dirty R comedy that will always get my hopes up. The one-liners I heard in the trailer are enough to get my eyes on the movie. Jennifer Aniston looks hotter than ever in those garders. I also see that Donald Sutherland is in the cast. I don’t like the Jamie Foxx thing, but I’m not shy to admit that I look forward to this one!
