Over the weekend I got to sit down and watch about a half dozen movies. The one that stands out right now is "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" starring Val Kilmer and Robert Downey Jr. I wanted to see it when it was released in theatres and then when it was put out on DVD. Finally after about a year of it being released, I got to see it. I instantly remembered why I wanted to so much in the first place. It was a great blend of comedy and action. The DVD cover says "From the creator of Lethal Weapon" and it makes sense. Those movies are underappreciated and in retrospect could be deemed "The Godfather of The Buddy Cop Movies". KKBB was everything you could ask for and more for a movie like this. I sorta wish it would of went over better with the masses because a sequel would be perfect for characters and a story like this.
